Gautam In Emergency

July 14 Brett Mission found him on street laying down sick where writing he has been here for three days. When he saw him he was trying to eat his vomit. Then Brett cleaned him because he done urine,stool in cloths then Brett changed his dress and taken his hospital. Then I reached hospital, man was unconscious Dr. put him oxygen,UV  lot of things my apologize I don't have exact word of medical term what they say for they done at that time. Then  whole night he was in emergency room and today we have to shifted him in ICU because of CT-SCAN report,sugar report,lungs,kidney everything got problem, but because unfortunately we didn't got any room in ICU we shifted him in 307 A cabin  in Teaching Hospital. On Thursday night his condition gone worst so we shifted him in Blue Cross Hospital, In ICU now he is improving. He is going through all medication in ICU. But we want to find out his family member,help us to find his family.As per patient said his name is  SURYA BAHADUR GAUTAM.
